Rifle Scopes : Scope hold over?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out a scope for shooting out to 350 yards? I'd like some kind of reticle or easy dialing system that can help me with the holdover.

I'll be shooting a 30-06, 180 gr, on an elk hunt in the rockies. Other than that I'll be shooting a 150 gr. in Hawaii.

I was just wondering what you guys prefer?

Are any of these types of options available on the Conquest or Swarovski Z3 lines? Those seem like very nice scopes but how do you figure out the holdover?
