Subject: Need the width of the Bushnell 6500 front bell.

I'd appreciate it if somebody who owns a 4.5-30X Elite 6500 would put a caliper or ruler accross the front objective bell of the scope and let me know what it measures in width. I know my 1" tubed Bushnell Elite 4200 measures 1 15/16" accross and comes accross as fairly compact for a 6x24X scope. I'm thinking of buying the 4.5x-30x and want to know how much wider the front bell is VS my 4200. I can tell you that the Sightron 8-32x SIII that I had returned was huge and looked almost like a small spotting scope! If anybody has that Sightron scope, I wouldn't mind knowing what it measures too.....just so I can tell how the Bushnell 6500 will compare to the Sightron.
