Almost any scope that has a first focal plane reticle has that information plastered all over their info about it. The primary reason one would want a First Focal Plane reticle would be with a mil dot based range finding reticle so that it could be used on any power. For a hunting scope with a #4 reticle a 2nd focal plane reticle makes more sense also at 2.5 x the reticle would barely be visable if it was FFP so really makes sense that it would be 2nd focal plane.
