Subject: ARP 6.8X43 16" 11.25 Twist

I just built a 6.8x43 too off an ARP 16" barrel/bolt. Temporarily, I'll be using an SS 3-15 with Seekins high rings. But will either equip it with the SS 3-9 or 1-6. An ultralight scope would be tempting...this rifle weighs 6.3 lbs. unloaded and w/o scope/rings...but I'd be wondering about reliability. In my case, I also don't see the rifle being used past 300 yards so the 1-6, while pricier and heavier, has illum, which I'd use.
