Rifle Scopes : Shimming a Base/Scope

Does anyone know approximately how much thickness in a shim under the scope base relates to how many mils/moa's you gain from using the shim..?

Example: Shim Thickness of .020 = ?? mils/moa's

Any help would be appreciated...
