Ok that's the answer i pretty much expected everyone seems to love the SS.
Now about choosing scope rings. Here is a picture of my VEPR with the rail mounted its perfectly level with the rear sight. Assuming the bell of the scope interferes with the sight im trying to figure out how tall rings would have to be to clear it.
Since the SS is 42mm i would divide 42x2 than add about 3mm to clear scope covers so im looking at 24mm or 0.94" correct?
