A couple added considerations: both reticles are based on a "mil" spacing of the holdover hashes (rather than MOA) and both utilize pretty fine crosshair thicknesses, so any reticle advantage of one over the other is personal preference. The Swaro is a little more compact and lighter, while the Leica utilizes a hydrophobic coating for better use in wet conditions, and by most accounts may have the better glass between the two. Any cumulative advantage of one over the other will be determined by how you're going to use the rifle. Between these two scopes though, there's probably no "wrong" answer.
