I rang the Zeiss repair facility in Arnold, MO again last week. Same story as two weeks prior to that. Zeiss has recently stopped changing out reticles in their Conquest scopes. I needed two 50MM Conquests with plex reticles changed to #4s. I asked to whom I might express my concern regarding this policy change. I was told to email Carol Higgins at carol.higgins@zeiss.com in Zeiss' Customer Service Department. Carol is a very knowledgeable CS person, has very helpful each time I have had a question over the years, and has been with Zeiss a very long time. If this move by Zeiss is to be reversed, it will take a lot of emails protesting their action. Please spread the word.
