And you think your average Washington bureaucrat is concerned about it? After we got coughed with our (mostly Billy's) pants down, what our government does? Creates four new agencies and passes 25 thousand pages of new legislation. I am positive prior to that we had some passages in our books stating that terrorists are not welcome. ITAR is one of the side shoots immensely disadvantaging US companies on the world market.
