Rifle Scopes : Best low-light Scope

I would pick any of the well known manufacturers that has a fully multi-coated optical system that provides up to 98 percent light transmission. 98% is the highest you can find (that I ever found) and price ranges are way in your favor. I personally favor Nikon. You can only build an optic system so perfect and the human can only detect so much, Nikon is in that category. All of the Top brand rifle scopes show numbers that the human eye cannot even detect and when someone buys a $1000+ scope and it shows no better than Joeblows $400+  scope there is much disappointment, not because the scope is no better (because it is better) but the fact is the eyes, older eyes and younger eye does make a big difference when optical devices come into play. JMO
