The Weaver Tactical 4-20x50 mil/mil just went on my Rem700 5R .308 this past weekend. I was quite impressed with this scope compared the Bushnell Elite 6500 that it replaced - very clear glass, the knobs feel/work great, and way the knobs reset zero simply couldn't be easier. Changing from moa to mil knobs means I will need to rework all of my dope tables, but it is just another excuse to go to the range.![Big Smile]( "Big Smile")

I think the new 6-30x56 is probably a bit too much for this .308 platform, especially at 2.5lbs. However, it could be very interesting on a .338 build I am considering.
