Yes, it's the K series. There was some confusion on whether it was a 32 or 38 mm. It's a 38 and comes in a yellow metal box with a chinchy Timex watch.![Oh Yea Baby]( "Oh Yea Baby")
The scope is really pretty good... it's made in Japan. I think it was actually last years anniversary model.
