Your on a good start. Your budget can get you into a good l/r scope and some on your list are top notch. I have Zeiss, IOR and Nightforce on my 1000yd rifles. Ofcourse you'll most likely have to shop used to get a IOR or Zeiss. Most of the higher end higher power Nightforce scopes will be up there too but, deals can be found. Keep a check on the Sample List once you decide what power range and name you want. Many here will tell you that you don't need a lot of power to shoot 1000yds. And that is true but, I prefer it, I like to have the option to pull that target up close and personal when I want to. I don't have to always use the max on the power ring but, if it ain't there I can't. Good thing is its your choice, make it like you want to. I like a minimum of X28 and a 56mm obj. if my budget allows and atleast a 30mm tube. You'll need the largest tube you can get to have ample turret adjustment. My IOR is a 40mm tube and I have turret to spare at 1000yds. But those options do get expensive. If you saved up awhile longer and doubled your budget you could pretty much take your pick and buy new. But I know that can be tough to do. I have been fortunate to find some really good deals along the way and happened to have the cash or a good trade at the right time. That's another good thing about the sample list, they will consider most things of value for trade. Keep us up on what you learn and finally what you decide to get. Good Luck!
