I have several Helia Cs and the quick focus eye piece has a stop on both clockwise and counter clockwise. You will probably need to send it in to get checked out. Bummer, but, my experience with their CS has been great. You will have to wait for it to return from Austria though. But I wouldn't get rid of it just because of that.
