The Kimber Montana also uses the Bansner stock.
Your pic looks a lot better than mine.
The paint job in my pic was with Krylon spray cans.
I have since redone that stock and a few others with Alumni Hide II spray cans, which I consider a one part epoxy paint.

Here is a Rem700 with Bansner stock and Alumni hide II spray paint.
But back on the Kahles.
I did not like the 4 or 5 settings on the elevation turret as well as the Leupold CDS system.
I have since bailed on both.
In the pic of the rem700 you can see glow tape on the turret.

I took that battery out of my Leica 1600 for a second and it reset to meters.
I worked up in the field a mark on the tape for 430 meters.
I saw that deer at 435 meters, set the turret to 430 meters and shot it.
Later I got home and read the Byzantine morse code to get the Leica back on yards. and figured out the deer had been at 477 yards.
