They still offer the 1.5-6X42 in the Victory series, a 2-10X42 in the Conquest HD5 series, a 2-8X42 in the Duralyt series, and a 3-9X42 in the upcoming Terra 3X series, but I agree it's a shame they discontinued the excellent 2.5-10X42 Victory.
However, if the 2.5-10X42 didn't sell very well, then in spite of how much I really like that config, I wouldn't go so far as to say they screwed up. If the move was based on poor sales, then I'd do the same if I were them. The decision to keep or discontinue any item isn't usually based solely on the merits of said item; it's almost always based on sales volume.
