It is likely that you will have to have a claw mount made by a good gunsmith to fit the rifle.
1. Rail mounts never came into favor in the US. Mostly a European feature.
2 If your Springfield is a custom rifle and has been drilled and taped. It may not have a standardized dimension for the base screws. Weaver El Paso made a base adapter that would allow the attachment a claw for a rail scope to weaver rings. I have no idea of how or where you need to go to find one of these. It will be old and rare and likely may not work for your rifle. You could try here for a custom made base.
