Subject: Weaver Tactical Opinions?

I'd like to get opinions/reviews of the Weaver Tactical 4-20x50 scope. This seems to be least expensive scope with 30mm tube, FFP, mildot reticle, .1 mil/mil adjustments, tactical turrets, etc... How's the tracking, construction quality/rugedness, optical quality, etc. that would make it a good scope? Are there any other scopes with all the above listed features that are under $1k that you guys would recommend? Thanks.
