I realize this is an anti-BC thread... and for good reason...
However, you might try their "Tactical One Piece Flip Caps." As the name implies, they are 1 piece, made entirely of rubber, and there's no conventional hinge like the std BCs, so I'd think it would be pretty hard to tear them up in normal use. I guess it's possible that they could have used a low end rubber compound, given the cheapening of their std BC caps. Still, being all-rubber with no hinge and no extra parts, it seems they should be resilient.
Of the hard plastic designs, I've not had as much trouble with the Quake Bushwackers as I have with the Butler Creek caps, though I wouldn't exactly describe the Bushwackers as "high quality" either. If nothing else, they're inexpensive. I've broken 1 Bushwacker cap as opposed to 5 or 6 BC's.
