I just recently bought the new fixed 6X42 Meopro with the #4. Although the thin crosshairs are pretty thin and could get lost in the dimmest limits of low light, the thick bars are pretty bold and extend close enough toward the center that the reticle is still very usable. Combine this with the fact that Meopta's optics are very good, with excellent light transmission, and I believe you'll be very pleased with its low light performance.
