Subject: Vepr 54R Optic: Looking for something under 600

Hey guys,
I just bought a VEPR 54r 20.5 inch V2 Squareback rifle (For those of you who do not know, they are AK variants with heavier receivers, thicker bbls, tighter tolerances, and mine is in 7.62x54r).
NOT MINE, but this is the same model (I'm putting diff stocks on).

I'd like to take this rifle out to at least 600 yards, which I think I should be able to accomplish with good 182gr match ammunition! However, I don't know what scope to get. I've got an excellent mounting system, the russian NPZ optics mount, but I'm a little fuzzy on rings too (bought cheap rings on my last rifle...they gave me no shortage of headaches!).
Here is what I'm looking for:
1. Magnification: 3-9X or higher, preferably 3-12, 4-16.
2. Objective: 44mm or lower
3. Turrets: Target/finger adjustable with zero stop/reset to zero
4. Tube: 30mm preferred, but will consider 1 inch.
5. Illumination: Don't mind it but would rather not have it to save weight/cost.
6. Weight: Around 20 ounces MAX.
7. Price: $560 Max (Vortex PST)
I have a Leatherwood CMR right now, excellent scope, just don't think I could take it out to 600 yards.
Thanks for all the help! If you guys know something that might be good but doesnt quite match up to my list let me know too.
