Thank you for your replies. What I find interesting about this is that we're talking about a "custom" option. I understand why Leupold or any other manufacturer doesn't offer P & C as a standard reticle these days. It was popular in the 1940's, 50's and 60's, but fell out of favor for the duplex. But as an option from a "custom shop" it would seem to be a valid option for some one who wants a simpler sight picture or a good woods rifle scope. I have a couple of Weavers with the P & C reticle, but they are getting close to fifty years old and we know older scopes are less sturdy than their modern day counterparts. Frustrating for somebody who doesn't want or need a scope reticle with lots of extra lines cluttering up their sight picture.
