Rifle Scopes : Which scope?

If I end up staying with a standard plex reticle I am also considering the Minox ZA-5 in the 4-20.Any opinions on this one also?

I currently run Zeiss Conquest and Swarovski Z3 scopes on my other rifles and would like the scope chosen to have equal optical quality.
